We invite you to join the “Eco-Adventures: Green Skills through Sport and Nature” youth exchange project, taking place from 15.10.2025 – 21.10.2025, in the beautiful natural setting of Międzybrodzie Bialskie, Poland!

Why Join Us?

  • Cultural Exchange: Meet peers from Poland and three other partner countries, share cultures, stories, and make lifelong friendships.
  • Personal Growth: Build confidence, teamwork, leadership, and intercultural communication skills.

Who Can Participate?

We are looking for young, motivated individuals aged 18-30 from four participating countries (Poland, Spain, Romania, Portugal). Each group will consist of 6 participants, including a group leader. No prior experience is required—just enthusiasm, openness, and a passion for nature and learning!

  • Trekking and climate change workshops in the mountains
  • Interactive team-building activities on Lake Międzybrodzkie
  • Workshops on conscious shopping and greenwashing prevention
  • Evening intercultural sessions and reflection by the campfire

Learning Objectives (SMART)

  • Teamwork & leadership: During the programme, every participant will take an active role in at least 2 team challenges and practice one leadership action (e.g., facilitating a task, coordinating a team step), confirmed by team feedback.
  • Climate & nature awareness: By the end of the exchange, each participant will identify at least 3 climate-related impacts observable in natural environments and propose 2 realistic local actions young people can take.
  • Greenwashing prevention: By the end of the greenwashing workshop, each participant will correctly recognise at least 3 common greenwashing tactics and apply a simple checklist to assess one real advertisement/campaign.
  • Conscious shopping: By the end of the conscious shopping activities, each participant will create a personal list of 5 conscious shopping rules (e.g., reading labels, avoiding impulse buying, choosing durable products) to use after the project.
  • Intercultural competence: Throughout intercultural evenings and mixed-team activities, each participant will learn and share at least 2 cultural insights from partner countries and describe one similarity and one difference in sustainability attitudes.
  • Learning reflection (Youthpass): During the final evaluation, each participant will name at least 3 competences developed during the exchange and give one concrete example for each as a basis for Youthpass.
